Rich Horn, President, Strategic Capital Partners

Richard's primary focus is expanding SCP's office and industrial footprint in SCP's targeted cities.Prior to SCP, Richard was President of Horn Properties which he created in 2002 to invest in and develop office, industrial, land and senior housing projects.  Horn Properties developed Metro Air Business Park, an industrial park located adjacent to the new Indianapolis International Airport terminal.  Horn Properties also invested in The Stratford Companies, a senior housing development and operating company. The company developed and operated continuing care retirement communities with a total investment of $250 million.



Sarah Hubbard, VP Commercial Asset Management, Federal Capital Parnters

Federal Capital Partners (FCP) is a privately held real estate investment company that has invested in or financed more than $5.0 billion in assets since its founding in 1999. FCP invests in all asset classes and provides equity, preferred equity and structured debt investments for commercial and residential real estate. Sarah Hubbard is responsible for the implementation of business plans, financial analysis and strategies for FCP's commercial investments.  She oversees the 3rd party leasing and property management functions for each commercial asset as well.



 Jim Tully, PE, President, DCI

Jim is a real estate and construction executive with 21 years of experience in design, development and construction. As president of DCI, he specializes in assembling a team of outstanding design and construction professionals along with coordinating and managing all aspects of design, entitlement and construction. He is especially skilled at building effective, productive working relationships with clients, which allows him to clearly understand and address their needs. Before starting DCI, Jim performed program management, preconstruction and construction management duties for over 17 years while occupying several positions at Duke Realty in both the Raleigh and Indianapolis offices, including serving as Director of Design and Construction.  During his time at Duke, he was integral in developing nearly 5 million square feet of office and warehouse product across the country.
